This session at this year’s Labour Conference provides a timely opportunity to question whether DEI strategies and social value need urgent attention - how do we create better, more inclusive and empowered places where people are invested and where they want to live, work, rest and stay?

Many communities feel shut out of the political process. If the plan is to deliver hope and opportunity, we must rethink how local leaders and government can drive meaningful social value - real, tangible change in everyday lives.
